In 2019, SCOA gave its D&I initiative permanence and established the Diversity and Inclusion Department, as a part of the Communications & Diversity Promotion Group.  This was the official launch of the company’s commitment to managing D&I to advance the company’s goals and maintain sustainability throughout the  SC America’s region.

OUR PURPOSE:

To implement one of SC Tokyo’s 6 Material Issues for Sustainability: Developing Human Resources and Promoting Diversity.

To drive corporate cultural change by creating an environment and opportunities that encourage diversity and inclusion.
